Congratulations to Pat Cooksey!

Congratulations to Pat Cooksey! Pat has secured the job of Cataloging Paraprofessional at Follett Books. You may not know that Pat already has a bachelor's degree in Home Economics with a major in Interior Design, and has worked as a designer and in retail merchandising in the past. Pat started the LTA program in the fall of 2004 and took Cataloging in the fall of 2005. Lynne would occasionally bring job openings to share with the class, and the Follett job was among them. Pat reported that she's sure she was hired because of the Cataloging class she was taking at the time. Her position includes extensive on-the-job training which she's still completing. She works with vhs and dvd material, while others in her department catalog books, e-books, audio materials, kits and more. Learn a lot, and enjoy the job, Pat!
