POSITION:
Interlibrary Loan/Reference Specialist
Libraries and Instructional Services

TYPE OF POSITION:
Specialist, Full-time


DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
The Interlibrary Loan/Reference Specialist, under the supervision of the Dean/Libraries & Instructional Services, or designee, coordinates the timely and efficient operation of the ILL/Document Delivery Services, supports the library faculty in their instructional activities, and maintains the reference lab.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates Degree
Minimum three years experience working in a library
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows operating system


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Library Technical Assistant Degree
Experience with Iliad or other interlibrary loan software
Experience with Millennium Integrated Library System
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills


SALARY/HOURS:

The starting salary for this position is $32,400. Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. These hours may vary in accordance with the needs of the College.
